7 Vital Reasons Why Water Is So Important For Your Health

It's true that 80% of our body is made up of water, and when we don't drink enough, our electrolytes are left out of balance, leaving us to feel dehydrated with symptoms of dry skin, headaches, and mood swings. For that reason, 1,5  -2,5  liters of water a day is essential to living a healthy and well-balanced life.

Water is the main component in our blood.
