Here you can go for fitness, physiotherapy and health coaching. Body complex wants to be a total concept for better health. At first Bodycomplex was mainly focused on physiotherapy. However, they saw that the customer needed more and they bought some fitness equipment. This has grown over the years into a fully-fledged fitness complex where everyone can train according to a personal and medically-based program. Now there are also programs such as figure training, yoga and spinning.

Physiotherapy is a therapy that focuses mainly on human movement. Kinesis therefore means movement. Someone who has problems with normal movements and is therefore limited in normal functioning, think of stiffened joints, injured muscles and for example an injury to the nervous system can go well with this form of therapy.

The health coaching part of Bodycomplex focuses on improving your quality of life. For example, if you want to stop smoking, lose weight, reduce your stress, it is a good idea to participate in this program.

The fitness department is open on Monday through Friday from 13.30 to 20.30. On Tuesday and Thursday you can also come earlier, from 8.30 - 13.00.
