Together with the herbs found in Focus herbal drops (like Ginkgo biloba), these essential oils are a vital, natural and safe stepping stone towards better concentration and information processing.
The Focus Roller contains the same essential oils as Focus Cream, enriched with organic jojoba oil and the additional effects of Laurel extract. This oil-based melange also contains skin-softening vitamin E

How do I use it?
Roll gently on the wrists or at specific points like the temples, third eye (in the centre of the forehead, between your eyebrows) or behind the ears (always in reach).
Because of the Focus roller’s energising effects, don’t use it in the evening or before bed.
Use up and down, circular or ‘number eight’ movements.
As you apply the roller, breathe deeply, pushing pressures, overstimulation, tiredness, stage fright and urge to control (perfectionism) away from your body as you exhale. After each exhalation and banishment of negative thoughts and feelings, inhale positive, present and motivating thoughts such as: “I am completely present in the here and now”, “I have fun as I learn”, “my mind is at peace and quickly absorbs new information”, “I am confident and ready to take my exams”, ‘my capacity to study and learn grows every single day”.
The fresh Focus scent sets off a wonderful mental reboot, filtering out overstimulation and bringing you back to the present.
