How Do I Use It?
Simply roll using circular motions on the wrists, seventh cervical vertebra or solar plexus (between your navel and sternum). Roll up and down behind the ears (an easy way to enjoy the benefits when out and about).
Because of its revitalising effect, your Empower Roller should not be used in the evening or before going to bed.As you apply the roller, breathe deeply.
As you breathe out, release tiredness, negativity and feelings of self-sabotage. When you breathe in, fill your mind with motivating, energy-waking thoughts such as: “I choose to move forward”, “I attend wholeheartedly to my needs and wants”, “I release old habits that pull me back”, “I feel my energy and vitality grow”, or “I am Lord and Master of my life”.
